There is not much to report in this installment, which is a good thing. My regular blood test (every two months) showed a rise in PSA to 6.62, which is not ideal, but also not particularly worrisome as I am feeling well with no symptoms. I am continuing with the same strategies as before, while also experimenting with some new ideas such as “Earthing,” “Structured Water” and “Platform Vibration Exercise.”

I have just updated the other pages in the site, including the graph. I hear from lots of cancer adventurers, and some comment that there is too much information here, so I have added a short overview summary.

Thanks so much to all who have helped me! I feel that I am back from the edge now and well-settled in a sustainable anti-cancer routine.
